2- The buyer respects the intellectual property rights of the store, which include the name of the store itself, and the words, logos and other symbols of the store or displayed on it, as every right that follows the name of the store are fully owned intellectual property rights by us.
1- T-Boogie Store is committed to conducting its commercial work through this electronic platform in a regular manner and in accordance with the regulations in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and in accordance with the provisions of this agreement.
2- The store does not bear any claims arising from errors or negligence, whether resulting directly, indirectly, accidentally, through the consumer, or through a third party such as shipping companies.
3- (Tea Boogie Boutique), its employees, owners, and their representatives are committed to ensuring that (the product) is sound in accordance with the laws and regulations of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
T-Boogie Store may suspend or cancel the consumer’s membership or restrict the consumer’s access to the platform’s services at any time, without warning, for any reason, and without limitation.
This User Agreement is governed and formulated in accordance with the applicable laws, regulations and legislation in force in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and is completely and completely subject to the regulations in force with the authorities in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
In the event that any contained material or clause contained in this User Agreement is cancelled, or if there is any contained material or any clause contained in the Terms of Use that is no longer effective, such an order does not annull the validity of the remaining materials, terms and provisions contained in the Terms of Use and they remain in effect until further notice. 2- All prices displayed on T-Boogie store products may be modified from time to time.
3- The promotional or marketing offers that may be placed by Tea Boogie Boutique are temporary offers, as our store has the right to modify or stop these promotional or marketing offers at any time.
4- The parties to this agreement are committed to dealing with each other in a manner that does not violate the legal rules, regulations and applicable laws related to the nature of the dealings between Te Boogie and the customer.
5- This usage agreement shall not be canceled except by a decision issued by the Te Boogie administration
