Return and exchange policy:
1- Without prejudice to the contractual and statutory provisions of the warranty, the consumer has the right to return the product provided to him from the store within the seven days following the date of receipt of the product, and he has no right to that product after the seven days have passed.
2- To return and exchange a product, it is required that the product be in good condition and that the consumer has not used the product or obtained any benefit from it. The store has the right to inspect the product before returning it to ensure its safety.
3- The consumer bears the costs resulting from the return process. In the case of an international return, the consumer bears the full costs of shipping and delivering the product to the shipping company. In the event of defects or errors, the consumer will be compensated.
